A "Hot Desk" gives you instant access to a fully set-up desk or workstation complete with telephones, computer and high speed internet access. Hot Desks can be rented on an hourly, daily, weekly, or even yearly basis, the same services provided to those choosing the full "serviced" office option.
- Virtual Offices and Corporate Identity
A 'virtual office' allows you use of our facilities and services on an as needed basis (offices, conference rooms, etc.) while providing receptionist, mail, and other services all year long. We offer the following packages:
- "Corporate Identity" package:
Use our Business Address as your own, our receptionist to answer your calls, let us receive and forward your mail and messages…Virtually all the services of your own office.
- "Virtual Office" package:
Gives you the use of fully set-up private offices and / or conference room (including all
the facilities and amenities) as you need it. Packages are available from 25, 50, 100 hrs /
year and more.
- "Virtual Full Service Office" package:
The perfect combination! Our "Corporate Identity" package plus any choice of our "Virtual Office" packages.
Conference & Meeting Rooms, Computer Training Room
Conference & Meeting rooms are available for meetings and conferences. Clients may rent for individual meetings or a package of time that may be used over a year, as needed. We also offer a fully set-up computer training room for your convenience. These are all available by the hour, day or packaged time for use as needed.
